Women in Marine is returning to Southampton International Boat Show in 2026, following record attendance at last year's event.
British Marine has confirmed the event takes place on Wednesday 23 September, from 17:00 to 19:00, at Dockside, formerly the Quarterdeck Bar and Restaurant. It brings together a panel of young female professionals for open discussion, career inspiration, and networking.
The 2025 edition attracted more than 130 attendees, including industry professionals, students, career changers, and aspiring marine talent. The 2026 theme is 'Real Women. Real Jobs. Real Opportunities.'
Panellists will come from marine manufacturing, superyachts, yacht brokerage, and marine law, each speaking to their personal career journey, professional experience, and lessons learned. The event aims to challenge perceptions and highlight the breadth of career paths available across the sector.
