The ePropulsion and SailGP partnership has been extended through the 2026 and 2027 seasons, with ePropulsion continuing as the championship's Official Electric Outboard Supplier for Small Craft.
The two organisations have worked together since 2021, with ePropulsion supplying electric outboard motors for SailGP's fleet of small craft and support vessels. The renewed agreement aims to further reduce emissions across event operations while demonstrating electric propulsion performance in real-world conditions.
SailGP Head of Impact Iona Neilson said: "Sport has a powerful role to play in accelerating real-world change. Our partnership with ePropulsion allows us to demonstrate how electric propulsion can perform reliably in demanding environments - all while reducing emissions across our operations. By integrating clean technologies into the day-to-day running of SailGP, we aim to help drive broader adoption across the marine sector."

SailGP's international race calendar and global broadcast reach give the collaboration wider visibility, with the partnership pointing to how sustainable propulsion can be integrated into elite sport operations.
The 2026 season includes the championship's return to Sydney Harbour, marking its sixth event at that location.
